The children will trust in the power and sovereignty of God. They will trust God when they feel fear.

They will trust in God in moments of sadness and difficulty. They will learn to trust God and obey him.

Preschoolers learn the meaning of trust through their interpersonal relationships. When parents or other family members meet their needs and show them love, they are creating trust patterns. They know that they can trust a person even when they still do not fully understand the concept of “trust.”

As you study together these biblical characters who trusted in God, the children will realize that those who trust in the Lord are never let down. Through these stories, you can help your children establish solid foundations that build their trust in God and help them in their spiritual growth.
