This unit will help the children:

• Learn that Jesus, the Son of God, is with them,• Know that Jesus is always with them in all that they do,• Recognize that Jesus, the Son of God, will be with them when they are afraid,• Understand that Jesus cares for their needs.

the reason we teach this unit

Your children will encounter difficult situations from time to time. Sometimes they will feel that God is not working in their lives. They may think there is nothing they can do about some things.

Through the lessons in this unit they will learn that we are all precious to God, and they can give all their worries to him. They will realize that God, our Heavenly Father, is watching over their lives, and they do not need to be afraid.
