objectives of this unit

This unit will help the children:

• Learn that God prepared and helped Peter announce the good news about Jesus,• Learn that God healed a lame man through Peter,• Know that God helped Peter tell Cornelius about Jesus,• Learn to pray for their friends and family who need the help of God.

the reason we teach this unit

Our children need to discover ways to engage in the story of God by following the examples of God’s people. This unit will help them share the Good News by showing kindness and hospitality to others. They will also learn the importance of praying for others.
