objectives of this unit

This unit will help the children:

• Learn that God wants them to be his faithful servants• Learn that God uses faithful servants to fulfill his plans on earth• Learn to trust in the faithfulness of God and increase their desire to pray• Know that God wants them to listen to him and obey him in every decision that they make.

the reason we teach this unit

This unit presents the opportunity to verify, with very illustrative biblical examples, that God values in a special way those who serve him faithfully. And not only that, but also has great esteem for those who see the needs of others and do the impossible to supply them. These lessons also provide the opportunity for your students to compare the selfishness of the world with the attitude of service that the Lord asks of us. Help them understand that those who strive to serve others are actually serving God, and that brings as a reward a good reputation among their friends and joy to their hearts.
